A Christmas Message
I can't think of a better way to see and hear a
wonderful Christmas message than to go to the
movies and watch "The Nativity Story". We were
fortunate to receive some passes for a sneak
preview and got to see this movie before it is
released. It will be coming to theaters in December,
you don't want to miss this one!
New Line Cinema's "The Nativity Story" is a dramatic
film that traces the perilous journey of a young
couple who must travel from their home in Nazareth
to Bethlehem in order to register for a census ordered
by King Herod. The trip is over 100 miles and Mary is
nine months pregnant at the time, making it a
perilous journey!
The movie is very well done and really gives you a
good look at the hard times Mary and Joseph lived in.
You can read the Nativity Story in the gospels of
Matthew and Luke but seeing it on the big screen is
an event that brings the biblical story to life!
